Damage During Shipping:
The quality of our products is guaranteed. We will never ship out defective ones. If you see any defective items, please contact us within 5 days upon receiving your order by email: coqueseworldboutique@gmail.com. We will assist you in making the claim. You need to save the packaging for inspection by the carrier.

Return Policy:
You are allowed to return their staff as long as it shows the sign that item is never used. But you need to pay for the shipping. If the item came with free shipping form the store originally, shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
