Shipping within US
Standard Shipping
A customer will receive ordered items (excluding backorder and special order) within 5 to 10 business days from the day the order was placed. Orders are mailed using one of our standard shipping options: Priority Mail or First Class service through the United State Postal Service.
The handling fee may vary based on the size of the package. Please, refer to the shipping and handling fee table for the precise amount.
Package can be sent to the same address as your billing address or to a customer-requested shipping address. However, we do not ship any package to P.O. Box addresses or outside of US at this time.

Returns and Exchange
Quality is our highest priority at Coquese World Boutique, LLC. We guaranteed our products to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for full refund, excluding the shipping and handling within 30 days of purchase. Refunds must be accompanied with the original receipt or order email confirmation. Note: refunds will be made in the form of the original payment method. If the original receipt or email confirmation is unavailable, upon the reception of the returned items, we’ll make an exchange or issue a credit based on the current selling price. There will be no exchange or refund 30 days after the purchase date. Also, no refund or exchange on Strida bikes.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us immediately via email: sales@coquese.com or use the Contact Us form on the website. If the order has not shipped, we will cancel the order at no cost to you. If the order has shipped, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase for full refund (please, read the returns and exchange policy for detail). Note, the shipping and handling fee will not be refunded.

Backorder
In case the product ordered by a customer is currently not in stock, the customer will be notified of the shipping and delivery details via e-mail The customer can cancel the order before receiving the email notification and accepting the backorder terms without any penalty. If the customer cancels the order after accepting the terms, the customer will be charged a re-stocking fee.

Special Order
A customer can request to customize certain products on our site. After the order is made; the customer will be notified of the shipping and delivery details and the special order terms via email. The customer can cancel without penalty before accepting the special order terms. After accepting the special order terms, all sales are considered final and can not be cancelled.

Sales Tax
Coquese World Boutique charges sales tax of 8.75% for all shipment within California.
